This ranking is based on the evaluations of users who rate the real estate projects listed on the Guide Immo website using a rating system from one to five stars. Future tenants thus get a real insight into the appreciation of the projects, helping them make a fair and informed decision. Obviously, these ratings are constantly changing as users can vote as long as the project is available for rent. Additionally, each user can only vote once per project to ensure the credibility. To appear in the ranking of rental condo projects, the project must have received at least 10 user votes.
